COVID-19 Update #2

We hope you and your family are staying healthy and safe during the quarantine.

We just wanted to reach out and let you know we are still working from our home offices and remain available for anything you need. Needless to say, we are itching to get back to “normal” and there is something of an expectation that things will get busy once we get through this.  It’s hard to know yet what will happen with pricing, but for sure those who are motivated to purchase in Key West will be that much more inspired after this lockdown.

We continue to provide listing information to potential buyers online and through our 3D Virtual Tours and 4K videos. We are still conducting showings when requested, although the requests are now few. When we do show properties, we all wear masks, use hand sanitizer, and offer gloves and disinfectant wipes as well.
