The property on Ashe Street is a charming gem located in Old Town.  It features coveted Dade County Pine throughout, off-street parking, a lovely balcony, three bedrooms, oversized windows and a large kitchen.  The location is perfect for Island living, walking distance to all of the main attractions, the best restaurants yet in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. It served the owner well as a family home and then rental property for many years.

The last tenants moved out leaving behind a legacy of odd pieces of furniture, old curtains and a few years of dust.  We could see the potential before we even started the cleanup. Removal of the old furnishings, curtains and appliances, and a thorough cleaning was the first course of action. We made the home sparkle before we placed the new furnishings and made the home move-in ready.
