Staging Tip #21: Relief is on the way!

We are now in the peak of season here in Key West.  The town is buzzing with second home buyers or investors who are encouraged to shop our tiny island and probably a no small thank you goes to Mother Nature.  This is great news for the seller.  But this is not a time to rest on your laurels if you want to get the best return on your investment.

There are literally thousands of informative websites and blogs offering a plethora of advice on how to stage your home, what room renovation will bring you the best ROI, where to shop, what to shop for, the best contractors in your area, the best paint or painter for that matter, how to arrange your furniture, what tile is in fashion, the 2018 designer color; you name it, it’s out there.  For the motivated DIY person, surfing around to get the best ideas can be fun.  But for someone, many of you, who have other interests or become overwhelmed with all of this information, you can hire a professional stager!

Now don’t stop in your tracks; hiring a stager will not break the bank and I am going to make it even easier and affordable for you.  I am offering a free consultation to the first three people who contact me in the month of February.  Following our consultation I will send you a recap of what we discuss and recommendations as I would for any of my clients.  When you hire me (and why wouldn’t you?)
